  You must confirm your computer is online. If it still has problem, you can try another email address.
   
• Can I install XPCSpy (pro) on more than one computer?
  If you purchased single user license, you can only install it on one computer. Otherwise you should purchase multi-user license with a great discount to install it on more than one computer.
   
• I have installed XPCSpy 1.3x, how should I upgrade  to XPCSpy 2.0?
  If you have purchased XPCSpy, you can upgrade to version 2.0 freely. You needn't uninstall version 1.3x, you should close XPCSpy if it's running, then install XPCSpy 2.0 directly.
   
• How to register XPCSpy standard version by registration file sent by X Software?
  You needn't to open the registration file directly, you should register XPCSpy follow the steps:
  1. Save the attach registration file onto your hard disk.
  2. Open XPCSpy.
  3. Click About Button at the left of XPCSpy.
  4. Input your registration name into the User Name edit box.
  5. Click Register button, it will pop up a File Select Dialog, please select the registration file saved at step 1.
  6. Click Ok button, XPCSpy will pop up a message window to tell you "register succeed, enjoy."
   
• How to uninstall XPCSpy on my computer?
  You should set "Settings->Hide XPCSpy Start Menu And Uninstall Entry" box unchecked and close XPCSpy, now you can uninstall it from add/remove programs.
   
• How to uninstall XPCSpy Pro on my computer?
  If your XPCSpy Pro is version 1.31 or higher, you can click the "About" button on the left of main interface to switch to about page, here you can find "Click Here To Uninstall XPCSpy Pro" button, please click this button to uninstall XPCSpy Pro. Otherwise, You should set "Settings->Misc->Hide XPCSpy Start Menu And Uninstall Entry" box unchecked and close XPCSpy Pro, now you can uninstall it from add/remove programs. IMPORTANT: Please restart your computer after uninstalling.
   
• How to run XPCSpy Pro if I have hidden it's start menu?
  You can click "Start" button on the desktop of Windows, select "Run...", input "rx" in the edit box and click "ok" button to run XPCSpy Pro. And if your XPCSpy Pro is running, by doing this step will bring it out of stealth mode.
